Eligible / suitable clients may be placed with an employer where a wage incentive allows them to be trained with the intent of being kept on the employer’s payroll.
• Duration / amount of subsidy is dependent on the skills required for the position as well as the skill level of the participant.
• Participants attend orientation prior to their placement to review all safety procedures, employment standards, job retention, etc.
• On-the-job monitoring with both the employer and participant allows us to work with them to resolve any workplace issues.
